It changed the game, serving fresh bagels and kosher deli classics around the clock, long before 24-hour bagel shops were a thing. More than just a bagel shop, this place became a Long Island landmark. A spot where early risers, night owls, families, and friends all found common ground over a hot cup of coffee and a perfectly baked everything bagel. Inside these walls, generations have worked, ordered, celebrated, and grown up. Some of our staff today used to come in as kids with their parents, and now they’re the ones behind the counter, keeping the legacy alive.
